WST 4.0.2 release. Updated Site Organizer and new login option.
Greetings,
We have released an updated Website Tonight, version 4.02, earlier this morning which includes the following main feature updates.
Organize site.
Our old one was pretty slick, easy to use and it could be worth asking “why mess with a good thing?” Well since we're in an aphoristic mood it's basically that all good things come to and end. After you had created many pages we noticed it getting rather slow, you noticed it get rather slow too. Before a fit of generosity overtook us the WST had a limit of 20 page, no slowdown though after our premium plans expanded your website to include sites of a hundred pages or more some of you, while waiting for the site to organize, called us up and suggested that we revisit this feature.
Login without going through MYA
Many people have requested an alternate login , a page to bookmark, rather than going in through the main site , well now you can. Head on over to https://login.websitetonight.com/ where you will need your Website Tonight Domain, your hosting user name and password.
The first one, domain name, is easy but the other two have probably been long since forgotten since you never needed them to login to the program after initial setup.
First log into Website Tonight using the traditional way and from the tools and resources box , bottom middle, click on “Hosting Settings”.
At the top right notice the name to the right of “Logged in as”
Now click on settings and select “Account Login” and reset your password you're now ready to go to https://login.websitetonight.com/ and login.
There are also many small improvements to features which including being able to chose between small, medium and large images in your gallery, additional help files, checks to prevent you leaving a page without saving and many more. Thank you all for your feedback and comments on the 4.0 version keep them coming

I appreciate the changes you are making but would like to suggest a few more. I would like to be able to upload pdf files for customers to access on my site. I am using a lot of page space to display info that could be placed in an online file that the consumer could click on and open. I would also like to have more control over the template layout. Most of my competitor's sites have info and links on the sides of their pages. My current set up only allows me to add boxes in the center of the page. This, in my opinion, is a waste of valuable market space.

Greetings Matt,
You can already use the upload section to bring your PDF files into WST by going into Manage files, upload files and then reference these in a link. We're always looking into ways in which we can improve the presentation/ amount of control that you can have on the page and we'll keep that in consideration for a future release.

I wish the global headings where explained better and could be turned off. I have a few of these sites up and just realized how a new page, heading would change all the pages headings. Going back thru now, and checking all my web site tonight sites. If nothing else, it would be great if some thing told you if a particular box was global.
Side note but the old version helps where easier when trying to find SCRIPT directions for adding java code. I spent a while, found nothing in the helps, then started looking thru every screen, upper left till I found it / remembered what that was called.
Other than that - new version seems very cool.

Greetings,
Thank you for your observation on ways in which we could improve the program , especially in the onscreen help which relates to both parts of your entry.
I think what's occured on what you're calling "global headings" is that the blog is et to Go to one of the items in question, select it and then on the left navigation choose sharing you have the choice to unshare that item relegating the change to that page only. If not give me an example from your site of what you were trying to change, the result expected and what occurred instead.
